Today we feature a luxurious tropical living on your own island. Why not?

It is made easy on this stunning private cay encompassing more than 160 acres. Located just north of Great Exuma, Children’s Bay Cay offers the perfect private island retreat.
Exuma International Airport is your hub, it is a public airport serving the island of Great Exuma in the Bahamas. It is located near Moss Town, northwest of George Town. The airport services mainly light aircraft and regional jets from the United States and The Bahamas.

On “your island” you get easy access via jet into Exuma International Airport, the island boasts a brand-new private marina of 1.4 acres and 16 feet deep, lined with coral stone, and a wonderful island-style gazebo. The island is surrounded by seven pristine beaches, hidden grottos, lush groves of coconut trees, and incredible inspiring vistas from many locations. Children’s Bay Cay currently has three houses on the island. Two of the residences make up the main compound set high on a hilltop perch to the north of the island with a total of five bedrooms. In addition, a one-bedroom cottage with kitchen and bath is located on a beautiful point just to the south of the marina basin. Children’s Bay Cay also offers ample caretaker’s quarters on the island, including a two-bedroom, two-bath pilot and security unit.

The island is serviced by a concrete and wood deepwater boat dock on the western, sheltered side of the island with another dock next to the cottage on the point. A large seaplane/helipad ramp is capable of handling the 1943 Grumman Goose or helicopter. Amenities also include three boats: a 24-foot Boston Whaler, a 21-foot Trophy, and a 24-foot Carolina Skiff. The island has a complete physical plant that powers all of the buildings and the marina housing three generators.
Wow, that sounds perfect.
Just dance and enjoy.

Living in style.
