Yep, most architects or anyone in general know the policies about illegal roof structures. In Hong Kong it is different, the funky third “bedroom” is often an illegal structure because it is built on the rooftop terrace. The builidngs are often 40 years and more old and the structures were built back towards the beginning. This unique bathroom, belongs to an old house in Morocco and was converted into usable rentable, commercial house space. The interior of the house is different.
