Greece has always been famous for its feel good atmosphere vibrant city culture, mythology, cafe‘s and bars more than the other capital cities in Europe and its charming boutiquehotels.
It offers joyful entertainment, local feelings and lovely beach sides.
Forget about the islands hype, of course we like Hydra, Santorini, Mykonos eg. but Athens has a amazing riviera.
For us it was easy to fall in love with.
In Vouliagmeni we found our paradise on time – the hotel Amarilia.
Our hideaway is based in a real dream destination.
The way to the hotel conveys pure Greece feelings.
Seaviews, palmtrees, lightblue skyline.
The taxi driver told us that he worked for over 20 years in the region and he enjoys every day.
He meets so many charming guests from Japan, Switzerland, the Nordic countries and Athens.
In the Amarilia hotel we got a lovely big suite with three balconies and two rooms. So nice and big, with sea views from the balcony.
Whoever is planning a trip to the sun should take a closer look at this article.
The Hotel is also a perfect location for the MICE industry with nice meeting facilities and of course families.
My daughter loved the pool and spend hours in it.
We spent a lot of time in the Hotel Amarilia eating amazing Greek food after enjoying the pool.
We really enjoyed the pool and the kilometers long Beach promenade, that is perfect to take a walk by the sea.
It is possible to go and eat everywhere in the riviera region.
There is something for every taste but we recommend greek food.
I won’t hide that I enjoyed most the greek restaurant, perfect for a romantic dinner at sunset.
Who likes to hike find also opportunities.
However, many other excursions are offered, also by the hotel and his nice staff.
Athens is not far away and a wonderful trip belongs on every bucketlist.
After a wonderful day its joy to spend the evening at the hotel bar.
– or if you like it private – in the room balcony with a glass of Greek wine.
The boutique hotel is close to Niklas church so it is perfect if you want to spend a relaxing holistic beach holiday.
