On the opening event they had the Aussie diva Kylie Minogue performing her debut concert in the Middle East onto the hotel and a total of 100,000 fireworks, around seven times the amount that were used for the opening ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

We enjoyed our Ferrari test drive and loved to do normal things like travel by the Dubai metro.

The train is divided into three classes. The first, or the gold class, is for the rich and businessmen, while the second is for women and children. The silver class, or the third, is the cheap tickets.

Emiratis prefer the golden class, as the seats are limited and there are hostesses who receive them and meet all their demands and create a comfortable atmosphere for them. Businessmen hold their morning meetings with their employees on their way to work, and they can hold an online meeting using the wifi.
In the other two classes, wifi is offered as well. Air conditioner and information screens inside the trains helps passengers enjoy their trips.

Our resto tip in Dubai: Pierchic in the Jumeirah Hotel

We had a nice dinner on a bedecked pier jutting out into the Arabian Gulf.
We tried crabs, sea bass and scampis, it was a tasty experience, lets say some of Dubai’s finest seafood.

Besides this we had a lovely Blanc de Blancs 2006, Ernie Ells.

The resto was recognized as “Time Out” Dubai’s Best Seafood Restaurant.

Yummy.

Its worth it.
