Breeze is part of The Dome at lebua, a collection of five outstanding bars and restaurants on the top floors of the lebua Hotel.

The Restaurant is famous for its Chinese cuisine.

They best local and internationally sourced ingredients.

Upon arrival on the 52nd floor, guests are greeted with a neon-lit glass-and-steel walkway that leads to Breeze restaurant.

The views of the cityscape of Bangkok simply took our breath away.

Breeze`s Executive Chef, Sam Pang has a special signature style. You feel it in the whole menue.

Chef Pang has traveled around the world working with many Michelin star cooks.

The cuisine served at Breeze Restaurant breathes new life into cooking traditions, combining the past with the present, and pushing the limits of innovation.

Chef Pan’s contemporary Asian creations with a special Chineses gusto are offered à la carte or through the amazing tasting menu.

This was our choice: It includes Scallopps, Shanghai Duck, Wagyu Beef Spriploin, wok-fried Grouper and for us mangos as dessert

Breeze Restaurant has an extensive wine list that includes over 300 bottles of carefully selected wines from Italy, France, and South Africa on offer that perfectly match the spectacular Pan-Asian menu.
For us it was a South african “Cloudy bay`, just amazing.

Asian Sweet follows as sweet final.
Chocolate banana sounds great but our choice was mango.
Welcome home in Thailand.

Not only is it a work of art, but it also tastes delicious!

Every course we had was delicious and the presentations were works of art.

Overall we can say that `Breeze` is a stunning experience where cuisine, style and service come together for a unique fine dining experience.

Our compliments to Chef Pang for an absolutely amazing meal.

All of the food was so beautifully prepared that we felt joy eating it.

Each course was literally a delicious masterpiece.

Total: Breeze Restaurant. The food and especially the staff was off-the-charts one of, if not the best, we have ever experienced.

All of the team were knowledgeable about all the details of the restaurant, extremely attentive, and friendly.
Sanuk pu.

Additionally, each staff member must have taken a photography course because they all knew the best angles, locations, and lighting to take pictures that you will remember for a lifetime.

The ambience, city views, the artistry and exceptional flavor of the food, wine selections, and outstanding service make this restaurant a “must do” when in Bangkok. An experience you will never forget.

For a really special evening and the ultimate in fine dining, try the Breeze!
From the Hokkaido Scallops to the Australian Wagyu, the food is among the best we have ever tasted.

Make sure you take time to cool down before bed with a cocktail at the colour changing and highly Instagramable Sky Bar (64th floor).

My tip: Try the Doma Collada ( wow!!!!).

And if you hot and in a crazy mood, try the ‘Hangover’ Cocktal, a cocktail created for the cast and crew of the Hangover II.
