“The Willow & the Moon,” an exclusive Four-Hands Dining Collaboration between Mezzaluna by lebua and L’Osier, Tokyo, taking place on 13–14 November 2026.
Contributed by Jens Hoffmann
This extraordinary collaboration brings together Chef Ryuki Kawasaki of two-MICHELIN-starred Mezzaluna and Chef Olivier Chaignon of three-MICHELIN-starred L’Osier, Tokyo, uniting five MICHELIN Stars in a celebration of French culinary artistry and Japan’s autumn flavours.
L’Osier takes its name from the willow, while Mezzaluna means “half-moon”.

This November, the willow comes to the moon, as two distinct culinary journeys meet high above the Chao Phraya River.
For two exclusive evenings, the chefs will present a remarkable culinary experience that celebrates their shared passion for French cuisine, interpreted through their distinct culinary identities and connections to Japan.
