Berlin – Café am Neuen See “Grillen with the Chefs”

I enjoyed a fantastic food event with Chef de Cuisine James Baron.
He is a legend on the Austrian culinary scene, as one of the top chefs in the Tyrol, awarded at the five-star superior hotel “Tannenhof” numerous culinary accolades, including being awarded exceptional 18 points out of a possible 20 by the highly respected Gault Millau restaurant guide.
He was the main reason for my visit to the “Café am Neuen See” an scenery venue near the new Sofitel So ( former name “Das Stue” (we reported about the hotel on Lufthansa and House & Hotel Magazin).
The design hotel “Sofitel So” hosts the fantastic Michelin star restaurant “Cinco by Paco Perez”.
Back to my event “Grillen with the Chefs” is fun and it is possible to book group (inventive) sessions to cook here together with friends & colleagues.
Truly a fine dining event. During the BBQ sesson we grilled everything from octopus, fish to meat.
Everything, especially the grilled fish was joyful. Paired by lovely white and rose wine.
